Aircraft Redelivery Project
A Story of Success
Over a 24 month period, we successfully assisted with transitioning 6 aircraft from a major Chinese Cargo Airline to a new Lessee in the United States. The redelivery project included assessment of the technical condition of the engines - including resolving hundreds of Engine Life Limited Part records issues. Our involvement helped ensure the on-time return of each Aircraft, and their successful placement with the new Lessee.
We enjoyed working with this client, and collaborated together on many more successful projects.
Engine Shop Visit Management
Innovative Solutions
Often our clients require support during engine shop visits. The complex nature of an aircraft engine, coupled with huge financial exposure, can be intimidating for Lessees' and Lessors' alike.
We worked on this project for several months and the end result was excellent for all parties. Through early engagement with the Lessee, ensuring consistent and transparent communication, our client was reassured that the engine shop visit would be completed on-time and within budget. We ensured the Lessee's workscope met all the return conditions within the lease, helping to ensure a smooth engine redelivery several months after the engine shop visit had been completed.
